- "Boli", "we", "our"
- Boli Care SAS, publisher of the Website.
- "Website"
- The website published at boli.care, including all sub-domains and language versions (EN / FR / ES).
- "User", "you"
- Any person accessing or browsing the Website, whether as a visitor, prospective patient, healthcare professional or partner.
- "Application"
- The Boli Care medical-device software, distinct from the Website. Use of the Application is governed by its own contract and labelling, not by these Terms.
- "Content"
- All information, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software and source code published on the Website.
- "Consumer"
- A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code.
03Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about Boli, a digital-health company building clinical infrastructure for AOM-based obesity care, and in particular for people treated with anti-obesity medications.
The Website also presents the company's mission, values and upcoming products. It may offer access to articles, press releases, community updates and the option to join a mailing list.
The Website does not provide personalised medical advice, diagnosis or prescription, and does not replace professional healthcare services.

05Access to the Website
The Website is accessible to anyone with an internet connection. Boli aims to keep the Website available 24/7, except in case of maintenance, force majeure or system failures. Boli reserves the right to modify, suspend or restrict all or part of the Website without prior notice.
Access to the Website is free of charge, with the exception of the costs charged by your internet service provider, which remain at your expense.
06User obligations
By using the Website you agree to:

14Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boli regarding the use of the Website.
The failure by Boli to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
15Law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to the formation, interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bayonne, France, subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
If you are based in France, before any judicial action you may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
