03Purpose of the site
The website boli.care provides information about the mission, services and future offerings of Boli, a digital therapeutic solution designed to support people treated with anti-obesity medications and to durably improve their metabolic health.
04Medical device status
The Boli Care application is being developed as a Class IIa medical device under EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR). It is not yet available for clinical use. Information published on this website concerns the company and its plans, and is not promotional material for a CE-marked device.
Boli Care is a declared medical device manufacturer registered in EUDAMED under manufacturer registration number FR-MF-000053003.
Boli operates under an ISO 13485-aligned quality management system. Vigilance and post-market surveillance contacts are reachable at vigilance@boli.care.
05Liability
Boli endeavours to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information published on the site. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or outdated information. The user acknowledges that they use this information under their sole and full responsibility.

This site and its legal notice are governed by French law.
