Missions

• Define and own the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership, engineering, and clinical teams.

• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with Boli’s mission.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, accessible patient experiences.

• Lead product discovery and user research, analyzing feedback from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate development sprints, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams to maintain compliance (ISO 13485, MDR, GDPR).
• Track product performance through metrics, user engagement, and retention analysis.

We’re looking for a Patient Support Specialist to become the trusted voice of Boli for our growing community of patients.

Your role is to help people using GLP-1 treatments feel supported, understood, and guided — from their first injection to lasting metabolic success.

You’ll be part of a team that combines empathy, medical accuracy, and digital innovation to redefine what support means in healthcare.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to patient messages with empathy, clarity, and accuracy, via chat, email, or social media.
• Provide personalized guidance on treatment adherence, lifestyle adaptation, and side effect management.
• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to escalate medical or technical questions when needed.
• Monitor community feedback and identify common patient challenges to improve content and support workflows.
• Contribute to patient education materials (FAQs, guides, in-app content) to make information accessible and reassuring.
• Track and improve key satisfaction metrics (response time, resolution rate, engagement).
• Ensure all communications meet data privacy and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO 13485).

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Research Associate to support the development of Boli’s collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and clinical partners.

You’ll contribute to projects that generate real-world evidence (RWE) and advance the understanding of metabolic health and GLP-1 therapies.

Your mission: help transform data into impact — bridging digital therapeutics, clinical science, and real-world medicine.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in clinical research, data science, and healthcare partnerships, who wants to work at the intersection of innovation, science, and patient care.

Main Responsibilities

• • Support the coordination of pharma and research partnerships focused on GLP-1 therapies, obesity, and metabolic health.

• • Contribute to the design, execution, and monitoring of real-world evidence (RWE) studies in collaboration with clinical and data teams.

• • Prepare and manage scientific and partnership documentation (protocols, data sharing agreements, study reports).

• • Participate in the creation of scientific materials for publications, abstracts, and conference presentations.

• • Coordinate with internal teams (science, regulatory, product, and data) to ensure accurate data collection and compliance.

• • Conduct literature and competitive research to support partnership and research strategies.

• • Help identify and qualify new collaboration opportunities with pharma and research organizations.

• • Contribute to the organization of advisory boards, symposiums, or scientific workshops.

We’re looking for a Clinical Data Scientist passionate about turning real-world data into clinical insight. You’ll be at the center of our effort to make Boli not only a patient companion but a scientific engine — generating evidence, personalizing care, and shaping the future of metabolic research.

This role bridges AI, clinical science, and digital therapeutics. You’ll work with large-scale behavioral, metabolic, and treatment datasets to build models, extract insights, and contribute to regulatory-grade evidence.

Main Responsibilities

• • Analyze and model real-world metabolic data to understand patient outcomes, GLP-1 effectiveness, and long-term behavior change.

• • Build and validate predictive models for treatment adherence, side-effect prediction, and metabolic response.

• • Design and maintain data pipelines ensuring quality, traceability, and reproducibility.

• • Collaborate with clinical, product, and data engineering teams to translate research findings into actionable product features.

• • Support observational and interventional studies in partnership with academic and clinical institutions.

• • Contribute to the generation of scientific publications and regulatory evidence packages supporting the clinical validation of Boli.
