About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of Boli’s digital therapeutic platform.
You’ll be responsible for turning patient insights, clinical evidence, and business strategy into impactful product experiences — helping people using GLP-1 treatments achieve better health, every day.
You’ll work at the intersection of tech, science, and empathy, coordinating engineers, designers, and clinical experts to bring new features to life with precision and purpose.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership, engineering, and clinical teams.
- Translate scientific and behavioral insights into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, success metrics).
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with Boli’s mission.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, accessible patient experiences.
- Partner with data and clinical teams to ensure every feature is grounded in evidence and measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery and user research, analyzing feedback from patients and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate development sprints, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams to maintain compliance (ISO 13485, MDR, GDPR).
- Track product performance through metrics, user engagement, and retention analysis.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in product management for digital health, consumer apps, or AI-powered platforms.
- Proven track record of building and shipping impactful digital products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
- Comfortable working with engineering teams (API, mobile, data).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to translate complexity into clarity.
- Empathy for patients and curiosity for clinical science — you care about outcomes, not just features.
- Experience in healthtech, medtech, or wellness is a plus.
- Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
