👉 Just two months after launch, Boli has built a fast-growing community of over 45,000 patients across our social platforms — people living with obesity, diabetes, or metabolic challenges, and looking for real support.
We’re now looking for a Growth Manager to take this momentum to the next level — someone who understands both performance marketing and community-driven growth, capable of scaling engagement while keeping the voice of Boli authentic, human, and science-based.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute a social media growth strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on community engagement and retention.
- Manage and grow patient communities (currently 45k+ members) with empathy, rigor, and creativity.
- Plan and launch high-impact campaigns (organic + paid) to drive awareness, engagement, and app pre-registrations.
- Analyze community insights, audience behavior, and content performance to iterate on tone, topics, and formats.
- Collaborate with the content, science, and product teams to align storytelling with clinical accuracy and brand values.
- Work closely with design to produce visually engaging content that resonates with Boli’s identity.
- Identify ambassadors, patient advocates, and partnerships to extend Boli’s reach.
- Build dashboards and KPIs (growth rate, engagement, conversion) to track progress and report to leadership.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in growth, social media, or community management for a consumer app, healthtech, or mission-driven brand.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging large online communities.
- Strong understanding of social algorithms, content distribution, and user psychology.
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and community tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).
- Strong storytelling skills — able to turn scientific insights into accessible, emotional, and shareable narratives.
- Comfortable working in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset, curious, and iterative by nature.
